Hello Abhishek
1 - We have two different kinds of "share".
Both allow you to share content or member's profile and info.
The "Share with the community" feature, allows you to share inside Weebiz. This action will be listed in the Community activity page: https://www.weebiz.com/community/activity .
The "Share with the web" allows you to share outside Weebiz. We use a well known sharing service, AddThis, that gives you quick and easy access to many services where you can share content, namely Facebook, Google, Twitter, among many others.
2 - The easiest way to contact someone is to go to their Profile page and use the Contact form available. You can also click the "Send Message" button on the top right actions of the profile page.
One other way, better suited to contact members you are connected with on Weebiz, is to go the Inbox and create a New Message. Start typing the name of one of your connections and the autocomplete feature will help you.
Please note that Free Account has a limit of 5 messages/month. This limitation exists in order to prevent abuse from spammers. We take the privacy and time of our members and the trust of our community very seriously.
3 - The "Follow" feature allows you to keep tabs on which members interest you. You can follow a member by clicking the "Follow" button on their profile page or on a Member listing.
By following a member their activity on Weebiz will be included in your Dashboard activity feed.
Just a note on the concept of "Follow" and "Connection". They both work basically the same way as mentioned above. However, a "Connection" is a two way named relationship (Partner, Client, Supplier), that needs acceptance on both parts. A "Follow" is a one way relationship, that does not need confirmation.
