How to start using Weebiz

So, you have just logged into Weebiz and have no idea what to do next. Don’t worry, we’re here to guide you through the basics of Weebiz.

You may have noticed that your company name is the same as the domain of the email you provided, in case you are wondering why, this is the case for all free accounts. This is used to maintain a trustworthy community, for more on this click here.

Whenever you login you land on your dashboard. This page shows you the recent activity by your company, your company’s connections and companies you are following. On top of your dashboard you can update your company status, for example: “Weebiz is launching a new product soon”. Don’t be surprised if your activity feed is empty, after all, you only just arrived. As you invite your business connections and start using Weebiz, it will start to fill up. You can also change to our suggested view, which presents you with relevant products from other companies as well as business proposals and news.

Because Weebiz is a network it makes much more sense if your company is connected to its business relations. So, don’t forget to invite all your clients, suppliers and partners. To do so, use the invite your contacts box on the right bar of your dashboard. You can also send them the invitation link available on your Account preferences under the Invite tab.

The first thing you should do when you register your company on Weebiz is completing your profile. To do this go to the menu on the top bar and click Profile. You will notice your bizcard is still empty, so click Edit Profile and complete all the fields on the various tabs, General, Contact, details and Logo. Ok, now everyone who visits your profile will know what your company is all about. Also, the system now has a lot of information about you, so your profile will start being suggested to other people navigating Weebiz, which means your company is already being promoted. After this, just click the buttons on your bizcard to add some of your products, create business proposals or post some news about your company to your company's profile.

There you have it, your company’s profile on Weebiz is complete. Don’t forget to keep it up to date.
