When you register for a free account, the name of your company is the same as the domain of the email that you provided. This means that if someone has registered using the same email domain as you, you won’t be allowed to register (unless you have upgraded your account, more on this bellow).

Sometimes, people register using general email providers. Because they don’t own the domain of the email provider, this is incorrect and is discouraged by us (we try to block most of these providers).

If you have received the “Someone using the same email domain has already registered an account on Weebiz” error message and you are not using a general email provider, then maybe someone else in your company has already registered. If you are positive that this is untrue, you should contact us: support@weebiz.com

The only way to edit your company’s name is by upgrading your account (1st class accounts are still unavailable though). This is because one of the benefits of upgrading is having your profile authenticated, which means we can guarantee you are who you say you are.

We understand this can cause some problems, but trust is very important for us and we want to make sure Weebiz has a trustworthy community all members can depend upon.
